GrantSpy is being built. The only personal data we collect right now is what you type into the form on the front page, and the only thing we will use it for is telling you when the site is live.
The data controller is [COMPANY NAME]. For anything to do with your data — including asking us to delete it — write to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
We do not store your IP address against your signup.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how many people visit these two pages, where they arrived from, and how quickly the pages load. It does not set advertising cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and is not used to build a profile of you.
Separately, our server keeps a short record of each request — the page asked for, the site you followed a link from, your country, and your browser’s user agent — so we can tell real visitors from automated traffic and see whether the site is working. No IP address is recorded and these records are deleted after three months. We look at all of this in aggregate; none of it is linked to anyone who signs up.
We process this on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form, for the single purpose of sending you one notification when the site launches. We will not use your address for anything else, and we will not sell or share it for marketing.
Until the site launches and the notification has been sent, plus twelve months — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the relaunch does not happen, we delete the list.
Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, stores the data on our behalf and provides the Turnstile anti-bot check on the form, which is there to stop automated signups, and the visitor statistics described above. Cloudflare acts on our instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time — the simplest way is to email us and ask to be taken off the list, and we will remove you.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
If the company behind GrantSpy changes, or this notice is updated, the launch email will say so.
